1. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty (Full Replacements)

For every full roof replacement, we provide a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. We guarantee the labor and installation of your roofing system for as long as you own your home.

  • Manufacturer Synergy: We guarantee our installation meets or exceeds all manufacturer requirements. Our workmanship is guaranteed to perform up to the manufacturer’s stated tolerances and wind ratings.
  • No Diminished Value: We ensure that no aspect of our installation will diminish or void the manufacturer’s warranty. If a shingle is rated for 130mph, our labor ensures it performs to that standard.

2. Targeted Repair Guarantee

For repair work and leak mitigation on existing roofs, we provide a 2-Year Workmanship Guarantee on the specific area serviced. We stand behind our repairs with the same professional rigor as our full installs.

3. Reused Components & Building Code Compliance

To provide maximum value to our customers, we follow International Residential Code (IRC) and IBC standards regarding the reuse of flashings. According to code, flashings may be reused if they are not damaged, deteriorated, or degraded in functionality.

While our workmanship in reinstalling these items is fully guaranteed, the Lifetime coverage applies specifically to new materials provided by us. We will only recommend reuse when components have substantial service life remaining and meet “like-new” manufacturer standards.

4. Claims & Right to Remedy

In the event of a warranty claim, Accent Roofing & Remodeling must be notified immediately to perform a professional inspection.

  • Right to Cure: We reserve the right to inspect all claims to verify the cause of the issue. If the issue is determined to be a result of our workmanship, Accent Roofing & Remodeling retains the exclusive option to repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the homeowner.
  • Authorized Repairs: This warranty specifically covers work performed by our team. Expenses for repairs performed by third-party contractors without our prior written authorization are not covered.

5. Reasonable Limitations

Our warranty covers the quality of our craft. It does not cover “Acts of Nature” (Force Majeure) that exceed the design specifications of the materials, such as extreme hail or wind speeds exceeding manufacturer ratings, nor does it cover damage caused by third parties (satellite installers, etc.) after our work is complete.
